Adventure Ecology combines a critical
aspect of our lives and the world’s future and effectively
integrates technologies that enable students to take a problem
solving and exploratory approach. It also encourages young
people to become more adept to using online tools that build
global collaboration – tools that are growing in importance,
as more and more online applications permeate the way we
live, play, work and learn.
Extending participation is so important to
Adventure Ecology. Teachers and students are encouraged
to extend and develop discussions throughout and beyond
the Adventure Ecology site. The project aims to keep the
conversations going and invite as many educators as possible
to be a part of the on-going development of this concept.
